Clear Space Self Storage is open to our existing customers and we are welcoming enquiries from new customers. With the easing of movement restrictions, we have now returned to our pre-lockdown opening hours (see below).

We greatly appreciate the invaluable work our NHS staff and all keyworkers have been performing during this difficult time and we are welcoming enquiries from these sectors together with other local businesses and charities.

KEEPING OUR STAFF AND CUSTOMERS SAFE

Despite the recent easing of lock-down measures, we ask that people visiting our facility follow Government safety guidelines as well as our own stringent safety procedures.

Self-storage facilities are very low traffic places with a low footfall compared to supermarkets or shopping centres. However, to help prevent the continued spread of the Corona virus amongst our colleagues and customers we are continuing the 2-meter social distancing protocol.

We have also ordered safety screens for reception and our offices and implemented enhanced cleaning regimes with a focus on areas like security door handles, security access points, trolley handles and lift buttons.

Where possible, visitors to the site are being asked to avoid visiting reception.

In addition, to help protect our staff and members of the public, we have the ability for new customers to reserve a room, check-in, and complete the move-in documentation without needing to attend our store.

We are open for business and have returned to operating our pre-lock-down operating hours.

Our opening hours are:

Monday                                               8.00 am – 6.00 pm

Tuesday                                              8.00 am – 6.00 pm

Wednesday                                         8.00 am – 6.00 pm

Thursday                                             8.00 am – 8.00 pm

Friday                                                  8.00 am – 6.00 pm

Saturday                                              9.00 am – 5.00 pm

Sunday                                               10.00am – 4.00 pm

Existing customers are encouraged to avoid reception if possible and to  access their storage rooms via the main CCTV monitored vehicle security gate and using their FOB security devices to access the gate, loading bay, storage warehouse and their storage rooms or external shipping containers.

Our team is available to help existing and new customers over the phone and via email.

WE ARE HERE TO HELP

We are particularly keen to help support the NHS, its staff and other Health Service providers and key workers, together with local businesses.

We are  also keen to assist food retailers and wholesalers requiring short and long-term storage of dried foods and we would like to hear from and continue to support foodbanks and other charities, whose work is so incredibly important, particularly at this time. We also welcome enquiries from businesses whose retail outlets or distribution hubs have been forced to close and therefore have an urgent  need for the storage of their inventory  and goods. If you represent a small to medium sized businesses and could benefit from using our services as a mini logistics centre, please get in contact with our team.

Please contact Clear Space Self Storage if you are a business requiring the storage of building and construction materials. We have a series of external steel 20ft shipping containers which can be accessed 24hrs a day, 7 days a week.
